Top Three Reasons Why Expats Leave Cuenca, Ecuador

Thank author of this post/commentInternational Living has named Cuenca, Ecuador as the number one retirement haven in the world, but not all that is gold glitters. Not every expat who comes to Cuenca stays for the long term. Cuenca is an UNESCO World Heritage city, the cultural capital of Ecuador and is filled with picturesque views of the Cajas Mountains with pleasant weather, but it's not without its flaws to those expats who have fled.
