Thank author of this post/commentAlthoughthe process for buying real estatein Ecuador is simpler than in North America and Europe, it can be confusing for the foreign buyer. A good introduction to the process is tounderstand that the rules for purchasing real estate are different in Ecuador –as well as most of Latin America– than they are in your home country.
